Baby, it's cold outside, and a lot of locals have no place to go. But Santa Barbara's streets are a little warmer this year, thanks to the efforts of Anthony Carroccio and his Organic Soup Kitchen. OSK is a charitable organization whose mission is to serve fortified street food to people in need. Carroccio and company collect healthy, organic goods from local grocers, and make nutritious soups that they serve on Sundays in our community. Eventually, the plan is to make the soup kitchen mobile, and deliver daily.
Visit OrganicSoupKitchen.org and see how you can help. Because chili outside shouldn't be cold.
