Kim Lyons and Gary Douville sprouted an idea in October of last year: why not deliver organic, healthy meals to the good people of Santa Barbara, who are always on the go?
Drawing on Lyons's experience in the catering industry, and their appreciation of tasty, local fare, the two created Organic Living Santa Barbara. It's a concept sandwiched somewhere between sack lunches and dining out: for $9 - $11/ day, Organic Living SB will come knockin' at your office door with a "surprise meal" that meets the dietary specifications you list when you sign up. They currently deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
How's that for a happy meal?
