The Howard School (Santa Barbara's oldest private school) will hold its 2010 Annual fundraiser at Lions Park in Carpinteria. The French Picnic-themed event will recreate a French country village market, complete with a quaint bookstore, a chocolate shop, a children's card shop, a flower stand and a patisserie.
