Where: City Pier, Stearns Wharf
When: Sunday, December 13, 3pm - 7:30pm
Why: Santa's Village will set up on the City Pier (with 10 tons of snow for the kids); holiday sing-along; tree-lighting on Stearns Wharf, and 30-50 boaters will parade to the theme of Underwater Wonderland; fireworks finale.
How: Get it all on sail.
What'll It Cost Me: Free.

by Santa Barbara High School
Where: Santa Barbara High School, 700 E. Anapamu St.
When: Saturday, December 12, 11am - 5pm
Why: The tournament will feature 17 marching bands
from the Central Coast and Southern California.
How: Get in line.
What'll It Cost Me: $8

What: The Nutcracker, performed by State Street Ballet
Where: Granada Theatre
When: Saturday, December 12, 2pm & 7pm; Sunday, December 13, 2pm
Why: Visions of Sugar Plum fairies dance in your head.
How: Get crackin', tickets don't last long.
